1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our websites, purchasing a product or service, or submitting information for fulfillment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the applicable product or service.
2. Products and Services
One Smart Move™ provides educational resources, digital products, marketing-related services, personal-branding services, and other business services. Specific deliverables, prices, timelines, and limitations are described on the applicable offer or checkout page.
3. First Move™ Service
The introductory First Move™ service is a streamlined professional-online-presence package. At the current $47 introductory price, the service includes the deliverables specifically stated on the First Move™ sales and checkout pages.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, First Move™ includes a Brand Discovery Session, Personal Brand Snapshot™, one-page personal-brand website, personalized website-ready messaging, client-provided photo and relevant links, one primary call-to-action, mobile-friendly layout, basic page title and meta description, one reasonable revision round, and 7 days of email support after delivery.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information and materials reasonably required to perform the service. This may include questionnaire responses, photographs, business information, brand information, URLs, social links, contact details, and other requested assets.
You represent that you have the right to use and provide any content, images, trademarks, logos, or other materials you submit. You are responsible for reviewing the finished work for factual accuracy before approval or publication.
5. Delivery Timing
For First Move™, the target delivery time is approximately 2–3 business days after all required information and usable assets have been received. This is a target rather than a guaranteed deadline. Delays in receiving client information, approvals, access, or third-party services may extend delivery.
6. Revisions and Scope
First Move™ includes one reasonable revision round for corrections or modest adjustments within the original agreed scope. A revision does not include a complete redesign, new business direction, extensive new copy, additional pages, complex functionality, or work outside the purchased package.
Additional work may require a separate quote or an upgrade to another One Smart Move™ service.
7. Payments
Prices are shown on the applicable sales or checkout page. Payment is due as stated at checkout. First Move™ is currently offered as a one-time purchase and does not itself create a monthly subscription unless a separate recurring service is expressly selected.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Because personalized services may involve work beginning soon after purchase, please contact us promptly if you need to cancel. If substantive personalized work has not begun, a refund request may be considered. Once personalized strategy, writing, design, Brand Snapshot preparation, or website work has begun, payments are generally non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If One Smart Move™ is unable to provide the purchased service, we may offer an appropriate remedy, which may include rescheduling, replacement, credit, or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
9. Ownership and Use of Deliverables
You retain ownership of original materials you provide. After full payment, you may use the final client-specific deliverables created for you for your own business or professional purposes, subject to any third-party licenses or platform terms that apply.
One Smart Move™ retains ownership of its underlying methods, systems, frameworks, templates, processes, know-how, trademarks, and reusable materials, including the First Move™ process and Personal Brand Snapshot™ framework. Purchasing a service does not transfer ownership of those underlying systems.
10. Portfolio and Testimonials
We will not intentionally present private client information as a public testimonial without permission. If we wish to feature identifiable client work, results, or comments for marketing purposes beyond what is already publicly available, we may request permission where appropriate.
11. No Income or Business Guarantee
One Smart Move™ provides tools, information, strategy, branding, and implementation support. We do not guarantee income, sales, leads, rankings, audience growth, business success, or any particular financial result. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your actions, market conditions, audience, offer, experience, and third-party platforms.
12. Educational Information
Information provided through our websites, products, or communications is for general educational and business-information purposes and should not be treated as legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
13. Third-Party Platforms and Links
Our services may use or link to third-party platforms, hosting services, payment processors, social networks, affiliate programs, or other tools. Their availability, rules, pricing, and performance are outside our control and may change without notice.
14. Prohibited Use
You may not use our websites, services, templates, or materials for unlawful purposes, to violate third-party rights, to distribute malicious content, or to copy, resell, or represent proprietary One Smart Move™ systems or templates as your own without written permission.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, One Smart Move™ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of our websites, products, or services. Any direct liability will be limited as permitted by applicable law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions as our products, services, or business practices change. The current version will be posted on this page.
